    Thursday I was dismayed while joining a 100-person line at the RMV when I wondered if I could do my task at a AAA location. I made a quick phone call to confirm I could and planned my trip to Peabody the next day. The line was so short and each person so friendly and helpful. Best and most simple RMV experience!     The customer service is horrible at this bank. They do not help their clients and speak to you like your a child. Miriam, one of the management team members decided to yell at me on the phone and would not let me ask questions. I had to keep adding her to stop belittling me so i could ask her three questions i needed answers. I plan on closing mug account after 5-6 years and go to another bank. Horrible customer service!!!
